POSISI : STAFF Medical Record

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strive for neatness and regular medical record files in a storage area on a regular basis
• Supervise the registration and registration of patients in the register book / computer
• Recap registration data and patient disposition data
• Carry out repair / editing patient database
• Coordinate with all implementing staff in evaluating the completeness of the contents of the patient's medical record form
• Carry out filing / alignment of medical record files
• Carry out the retention and sorting of inactive medical record files and destruction of medical record files with the extermination team
• Make daily and monthly reports on the number of new patients and old patients
• Assist and carry out other tasks provided by Medical and Nursing Services

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Male / Female, age max. 35 years old.
• Education min. D3 majoring in Medical Records
• Willing to work mobile to clinics / units in the Greater Jakarta areak
• Preferably have a private vehicle (ex. motorcycle)
• Have a valid STR (Registration Certificate)
• Communicative and able to work with teams
• Good personality, have integrity, intelligence, and high energy
